GnC Films is a dedicated, passionate, and hard-working low-budget film group based in Durham in the North East of England. It was founded and is headed by myself, Gavin Salkeld. We produce short films across a wide variety of genres, and at present are currently producing work for Screamkings in the United States.

At GnC Films, I undertake all pre-production work and post-production work single handily; writing the scripts, acting, shooting, directing, editing, composing music, mixing multichannel 5.1 surround sound tracks, compositing any special effects and more. I also self-produce every DVD release, making animated motion menus, recording and mixing audio commentaries, compiling special features, writing essays, designing the DVD cover art and any promotional materials. I am also fortunate enough to work with warm, enthusiastic and genuine people who help bring my scripts to life.

When not producing short films, I am also working as a freelance video producer, producing corporate videos for business as well as commemorative family videos at very competitive rates.|
